Didn’t receive full order.

This is our third attempt to have you correct our order and we’ve heard nothing back from you. Very disappointing. We ordered 3 packages of caramels and only received two. The 2 we did receive expired in 2022! The money isn’t the big issue here, it’s the lack of good business. We have been buying your products but maybe it’s time to find another source. Please rectify this issue.
